This is a very common occurrence with children, usually due to a lower, primary (baby) tooth failing to fall out when the permanent tooth comes in.
In most cases, if the child starts to wiggle the baby tooth, it will fall out on its own within two months. If it doesn’t, contact our office.
We can easily remove it. The permanent tooth should then slide into the proper place.
